【夏季2021日大インターン後班FMの後記】

おはようございます(*^^)♪東京都東久留米市の創業65年ウェルビーイングな化粧品製造業ローザ特殊化粧料(rosa603special）角屋由華でございます。2月の都立高校のインターンは中止になりましたが、大学生のインターンは開催予定です。そこで2021年のインターン後記をお届けします。

こんにちは！株式会社ローザ特殊化粧料で2021夏季インターンインターンの日本大学生のFMです。
2021年9月9日は、次の短大インターン生に作業の引き継ぎをしました。また、フィリピンの学生の方とバーチャルインターンをする様子を見学しました。自分の英語力の低さを実感したとともに、もっと勉強すべきだったなと後悔もしました。今の世の中はグローバル化がどんどん進んでいっています。語学など、まだまだ勉強することがあるなと感じました。そして、、、2021年9月9日でインターン10日目！最終日でした。コスメ検定や石鹸作り、クラウドファンディングなど様々なことを体験しました。特に石鹸作りはメンバーで協力しあい、どうすれば効率よく作れるか、時間内に終わらすことができるか考え、実行しました。この実習では、常に課題の改善点を模索するという経験ができました。実習で得た力は今後絶対活かします。貴重な体験をありがとうございました！

Hello! I'm FM, an intern at Rosa Special Cosmetics Co., Ltd.Today (September 9,2021) I handed over the work to the new interns.Also, I watched them do virtual internships with Filipino students.I realized my poor English ability and regretted that I should have studied harder.Today's world is becoming more and more globalized.I felt that I still had something to study, such as languages.And...Today is the 10th day of internship!It was the last day.I experienced various things such as cosmetics testing, soap making, crowdfunding, etc.In particular, the members cooperated with each other in making soap, thinking about how to make it efficiently and how to finish it in time.In this exercise, I had the experience of constantly looking for improvements to the task.I will definitely make use of the strength I gained from the practice.
