【化粧品製造業のインターン日誌2021夏13日目】

東京都東久留米市の世界中を笑顔にするエシカル＆保湿エコ化粧品製造業ローザ特殊化粧料(rosa603special）インターンシップ2班の工学院大学Sです。
8月11日（水）は私達2班の学外研修10日目で、最終日でヘアシャンプーを作成しました。原料の測定から完成までほとんどやらせていただきました！帰宅してから、髪の毛を洗う際に、使用すると界面活性剤が少ないため、泡立ちは少なく敏感肌の私でも使用することが出来ました髪を洗ってから、1時間半ほど経ってからこれを書いていますが、今の髪の毛は、いつも以上にサラサラしており、指通りのいい状態です！最初から最後までほとんど1人で作成するという、あまり経験することができないようなことをさせて頂いて充実した時間を過ごすことが出来ました。長いようで短かった10日間の学外研修でした。化粧品の作り方だけでなく、社会に出てからの人との関わり方や、人にわかりやすく伝える方法などを、学ぶことが出来ました。これらのスキルは就職活動にも必要になってくるので、その時にはしっかり発揮できるようにしていきたいです。この度は学外研修を受け入れていただき、本当にありがとうございました。

I'm Kogakuin University S, who is doing off-campus training with Rosa Special Cosmetics Co., Ltd.
August 11th (Wednesday) was the 10th and final day of the off-campus training.
Today, I made a hair shampoo. We did most of the work from raw material measurement to completion!
When I used it when washing my hair after I got home, there was less surfactant, so I could use it even for me with less foaming and sensitive skin  About an hour and a half after washing my hair, this I'm writing, but now my hair is smoother than usual and it's in good condition for finger passage! I was able to spend a fulfilling time doing things that I couldn't really experience, such as creating from the beginning to the end by almost one person.
It was a long and short 10-day off-campus training. I was able to learn not only how to make cosmetics, but also how to interact with people after they went out into society and how to convey them in an easy-to-understand manner. These skills will also be needed for job hunting, so I would like to be able to fully demonstrate them at that time.Thank you very much for accepting the off-campus trainig.
