【化粧品製造業のインターンBlog2021夏10日目】

東京都東久留米市のローザ特殊化粧料(rosa603special）とある高専生Pです。私はローザ特殊化粧科でのインターンシップの2週間でとても濃い経験をすることができました。 化粧水や石鹸や日焼け止めを作らせていただきました。 化粧水は肌の成分から考え、石鹸は香おりや感触を意識してつくりました。 日焼け止めは自分たちで作り方を調べ、さまざまな試薬を試行錯誤して調製しました。 これらを通して、化粧品の作る難しさを知りました。 また、販売される化粧品の製造から充填を実際に見学し、発送は体験させてもらいました。化粧品が一つの商品としてできるまでの流れを知ることができました。
短い間でしたが、たくさん勉強することができました。 本当にありがとうございます。


I am  college student P.  I had a very strong experience in the two weeks of my internship at Rosa Special Cosmetics.  I made lotion, soap and sunscreen.  Toner is considered from the ingredients of the skin, and soap is made with the scent and feel in mind.  We investigated how to make sunscreen by ourselves and prepared various reagents by trial and error.  Through these, I learned how difficult it is to make cosmetics.  In addition, I actually observed the filling from the manufacturing of the cosmetics to be sold and experienced the shipping.  I was able to understand the process of making cosmetics as a single product.
 It was a short time, but I was able to study a lot.  thank you very much.
